# Terms of Use

## 1\. Who we are

webpossible.com is published by WebPossible. WebPossible also operates Shortlist, its property-operations practice, and WebPossible Media, which operates disclosed comparison sites. See the [privacy policy](/privacy/) and [cookie notice](/cookie-notice/).

## 2\. The AI Shortlist Index

The Index reports what AI engines said in response to a published set of prompts, captured by the method described on the methodology page. It is a research publication, not advice. Rankings are observations of engine output, not statements about any vendor’s quality. Paying WebPossible never affects Index placement.

## 3\. Use of Index data

You may quote, cite, and link to Index pages with attribution to “AI Shortlist Index, WebPossible” and a link to the source page. You may not republish full ranking tables, scrape the site at volume, or present Index data as your own research.

## 4\. Badges

Index badges are free for named vendors under the badge terms: the badge must link to the vendor’s row, may display only the current or most recent edition, and may not be altered. WebPossible may revoke a badge that is used misleadingly.

## 5\. Corrections and re-checks

Vendors may request a re-check of their category once per edition and may request corrections to entity data (name, category). Measurements are never edited on request. The publication policy governs.

## 6\. Forms

Submitting a form (audit request, claim, re-check, contact, subscription) creates a business communication with WebPossible. Subscription uses double opt-in and you can unsubscribe at any time.

## 7\. Liability

The site is provided as is. WebPossible is not liable for decisions made on the basis of Index data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

## 8\. Changes

Changes to these terms are logged in the site changelog with the date they take effect.
