Its product page on jll.com describes work orders with scheduling that assigns tasks by priority, technician skills and availability, enterprise asset management, business intelligence, a mobile-first app and a peer-vetted network of 70K+ service providers, and it puts the scale at 4.3 million users across 122 countries and 19 million work orders a year. In the [category guide for commercial facilities software](/property-management-software/facilities-management-cre/), Corrigo covers the enterprise multi-site and outsourced-contractor end of the market, while its sibling under JLL, Building Engines, covers the single-building tenant request side. Corrigo’s own domain redirects to jllt.com, which returned 403, so the facts here come from the JLL product page and JLL’s press releases. ## Who it fits The database tags commercial facilities. The Forrester study JLL commissioned drew its sample from quick-service restaurants, retail, healthcare and real estate property management, which is a fair map of who buys it. The buyer is an operator with many sites, a mix of in-house technicians and outside contractors, and enough work-order volume that scheduling by skill and availability pays for itself. A landlord with a dozen office buildings and a tenant portal problem is not the center of that map. Corrigo’s page sells the provider network and the scheduling; it does not mention a tenant portal or lease-accounting export on the page we fetched. A landlord’s engineering team should confirm both exist before treating Corrigo as a tenant service request system. ## Pricing Pricing is not published. The product page’s FAQ refers to pricing without giving figures. Ask for the unit of pricing, the rate, the minimum, whether the provider network carries a per-job fee on top of the software, and the contract term. JLL’s release on the Forrester study claims a 238 percent return on investment with payback in under six months, 2.5 hours saved on every work order and a 10 percent reduction in facilities spend per year; those are vendor-commissioned figures from a composite organization, so ask what the assumptions were and price the study’s inputs against your own. ## Integrations The database records no named integration. The product page promises frictionless integration and names no system. For a buyer on MRI or Yardi that is the first demo question: which direction properties, sites and contacts sync, whether work-order costs post back to the accounting system, and whether tenant chargebacks can be generated at all. Ask for a reference customer on your PMS and for the integration documentation before the demo rather than after. ## Limitations and questions to ask Start with the network. Ask whether the 70K+ providers are optional, whether jobs can be restricted to your own contractor list, how providers are vetted, who holds their certificates of insurance and what happens on a no-show. A network is the product for a retail chain in 40 states and an overhead for a landlord with three trusted mechanical contractors. Then scheduling. The page says work is assigned by priority, technician skill and availability. Ask who defines the skills, how a chief engineer overrides an assignment, and what the engineer sees on the phone. Then the parent. Corrigo and [Building Engines](/vendors/building-engines/) are both JLL-owned. Ask which one JLL is investing in for a buyer your size, whether they are converging, and what the data-sharing terms are if your manager competes with JLL. Then the numbers. Every claim on the product page comes from a study JLL paid for.
