HqO Service Requests

Website

HqO sells software to commercial real estate landlords. Its homepage calls the platform REX and splits it into suites: Intelligence for portfolio data, Experience for amenity booking and service delivery, Tenant as the tenant app, Operations as a cloud building management system, Leasing for leasing teams and marketers, and Vendor for building service providers. It also calls itself a CRM built for CRE. The homepage shows JPMorgan, Vornado, Alexandria Real Estate Equities, JLL, Gecina, Hines and RedTree. For facilities teams the part that matters is the tenant app, where, according to HqO’s help center, tenants submit maintenance and service requests with a category, location, description and photos, book rooms and shared spaces, unlock doors with a phone at HID readers, and pre-register visitors. In the [CRE facilities management guide](/property-management-software/facilities-management-cre/) it is the tenant-facing layer that sits in front of a work order system, and the facts panel below is rendered from our vendor database with a source on each line.

## Who it fits

The record tags commercial facilities. The buyer is a commercial landlord, usually with a portfolio, whose asset managers want tenant engagement and portfolio data in one place and whose engineers already run a work order system they do not plan to replace. HqO’s service requests can route into that system, which is the point for this category.

It fits less well for a team that needs the work order system itself: preventive maintenance schedules, asset records, parts and technician dispatch. HqO has its own work order tool, where the property team routes, assigns and tracks requests through custom statuses, but its help article describes no preventive maintenance, asset records or parts, and says there are no built-in SLA timers or escalation alerts. Buyers looking for the engineering side should read the CMMS profiles linked below.

## Pricing

Pricing is not published. HqO sells several suites, so ask which ones you are buying and how each is priced, by building, by square foot or by tenant user. Ask what implementation costs for a portfolio, what the tenant app costs once branded, and whether the integrations to your work order and access control systems are included. Ask the contract term and what happens to tenant data at the end.

## Integrations

The record names no PMS from our list. HqO’s help hub documents work order and building integrations instead, naming Corrigo, Building Engines Prism, Angus Systems, Planon and Yardi Bluepoint, which is Yardi’s visitor management product rather than its property management system. The Corrigo article says tenants can submit work orders, see past requests and status changes, and get email updates from inside the HqO app, with single sign-on so they do not log in twice. Ask for the same walk-through with your own system: a request submitted in the app, received by engineering, closed, and the status back on the tenant’s phone. If you bill tenants for work, ask how billable labor reaches the lease accounting system in Yardi or MRI, and ask to see it working.

## Limitations and questions to ask

Ask about scope first. HqO describes six suites and a CRM, so ask which features are live at buildings like yours and which are on a roadmap.

Ask about adoption. A tenant app is only useful if tenant employees download it, so ask what share use it at comparable buildings and how HqO measures that.

Ask about the work order loop. Ask what happens when the integration fails, whether a request can sit in HqO without reaching engineering, and who notices.

Ask about access. Mobile access depends on HID readers, so ask which hardware you need and who installs it.

## Alternatives

The [CRE facilities management vendor list](/property-management-software/facilities-management-cre/vendors/) has the full field. [Building Engines](/vendors/building-engines/), whose Prism platform HqO integrates with, covers work orders, maintenance scheduling and tenant engagement for commercial real estate. [Visitt](/vendors/visitt/) combines tenant service requests with maintenance, tenant billing and COI management. [Corrigo](/vendors/corrigo/) is the enterprise work order system on the other end of one of HqO’s documented integrations. The [Building Engines alternatives page](/property-management-software/facilities-management-cre/building-engines-alternatives/) compares the rest.

## AI visibility

## Is this your company?

HqO has not published its pricing or property management system integrations on any page we could verify, so this profile turns those into questions for the buyer. If you work at HqO, claim the profile and add them. Your answers appear as a labeled vendor-supplied section with your verification date; the sourced facts and the Index numbers stay as measured.
