The facts panel below is rendered from our vendor database with a source URL and verification date on each entry. ## Who it fits The database tags institutional multifamily, student housing and commercial facilities, the same three as its parent. The three locker series suggest a range from a small bank to a full room, but the site does not say which series fits which unit count, so ask. A buyer already in a Parcel Pending sales cycle will meet this brand as an option inside it. A buyer who found Package Concierge first should expect the conversation to widen to the parent’s line. It does not tag small multifamily or single-family rental. A manager under 100 units, or on AppFolio or Buildium, has better-fitting names in the category. ## Pricing The pricing model in the database, sourced from the vendor’s homepage, has three parts.
