Park Entra is parking enforcement software with no hardware. It has three portals: an admin dashboard for the board or manager, an enforcer view for the patrol or on-site staff, and a resident portal. Residents register plates and create guest passes, enforcers look up a plate or pass tag from a phone and step through warn, cite and tow, every action carries a photo and a timestamp, and Stripe collects fines, guest-pass sales and space or storage leases. A live demo with sample data is open to anyone without a sign-up. In the [parking management guide](/property-management-software/parking-management/) it is the self-serve, low-price option, aimed squarely at the HOA board that has been enforcing parking by itself.

## Who it fits

The database tags small multifamily, institutional multifamily, student housing and HOA communities, and the site also sells to security patrol companies, which get per-property dashboards for contract renewals. The HOA buyer is the clearest fit: a board enforcing its own CC&Rs that needs documentation before it calls a tow truck, and that wants residents to register their own cars. The pricing starts at 50 units, so a small condo association or a small apartment owner can sign up and start a trial without a sales call.

It fits less well where the operator wants the parking list fed by a PMS, wants LPR cameras on the gate, or wants a vendor to run enforcement. Park Entra provides the tools; the enforcer is your staff or your patrol contractor.

## Pricing

Park Entra publishes per-property pricing by unit count, with every feature on every plan: $29 a month up to 50 units, $59 for 51 to 150, $89 for 151 to 300, and $129 for 301 to 500. There is a 30-day free trial on monthly plans, no setup cost, no contract, and annual billing makes the 12th month free. Management companies, patrol companies and HOA portfolios get a volume discount starting at three properties. The homepage also shows a 200-unit community earning $1,350 a month from guest passes, space leases, storage and fines; that is an example, not a forecast, and you should model your own.

Ask what a community over 500 units pays, since the published table stops there. Ask what Stripe charges on a fine or a guest pass and whether the resident or the association pays it.

## Integrations

The record names no PMS, and the site names none. Setup is a manual import: the site says to send over a resident list and Park Entra will load it. After that, move-ins and move-outs live in Park Entra’s unit and resident directory. For an HOA with stable ownership that is a small job. For an apartment community with monthly turnover it is a weekly one. Ask whether a CSV re-import can replace the list on a schedule, and whether anything is planned for Yardi, RealPage, Entrata or AppFolio. Stripe is the payment integration the site names.

## Limitations and questions to ask

Start with the tow. Park Entra’s value is documentation, so ask what the tow company receives, whether it can log in, and how a towed resident’s dispute is handled, from the photo record to who answers the call. Ask about your state’s towing notice rules and whether the warn-cite-tow steps can be set to match them.

Then ask about fines. Ask whether your governing documents allow the association to fine for parking, and how a fine collected through Stripe reaches the association’s books. If the resident does not pay, ask whether the balance can be exported to your management software or ledger.

Then ask about scale. The site does not say how many communities use it. Ask how many do, what the support hours are, and where the data lives if you leave.

## Alternatives

The [parking management vendor list](/property-management-software/parking-management/vendors/) puts the category side by side. [ParkingPass](/vendors/parkingpass/) has a similar patrol-first heritage with LPR and a Stripe gateway, but no published price. [PatrolWorks](/vendors/patrolworks/) costs the property nothing and is run with partner patrol companies. [Community Boss](/vendors/community-boss/) bundles parking with amenity bookings and pool passes for apartments and HOAs. [The full table of Community Boss alternatives](/property-management-software/parking-management/community-boss-alternatives/) covers the rest of the field.
