The fit is a property, or a condo association, that wants to put a metered outlet at many assigned spaces cheaply and grow into Level 2 or fast charging later, and the 220-device case study says Plugzio has done that at scale on one site. QR activation without an app account is the resident-facing feature, and it suits a building with residents who will not install another app for a parking outlet. On the QR flow, ask what happens when a resident’s phone has no signal in the garage, and how a guest or a public driver is handled. On support, ask what the uptime commitment is, who repairs a dead device and in how many days, and whether monitoring is remote or on-site. On the DC fast charger, ask what electrical work the Ampax needs, since a fast charger is a separate project from a row of outlets.
