I’m Ryan York. I run WebPossible. It publishes the monthly AI Shortlist Index and sells AI visibility services to property management software vendors.

My background is corporate SEO on SaaS and local businesses, including property-operations products. In that work, buyers stopped searching and started asking. A property manager with 300 doors now asks an assistant for a shortlist and reads the three names it gives. I built the Index because nobody was recording who is on that list, month after month, with the prompts and the sources published.

The Index measures. The services sell the work to vendors who are missing from the answer. Those two coexist only behind a firewall: paying WebPossible never affects Index placement, clients are disclosed on their rows, and measurement is never edited on request. Every change to the method is logged in the changelog.
