AI Visibility Audit for Property-Ops Software: Why AI Doesn't Name You
Short answer
- $3,500, delivered in 7 days from payment. No logins, no required call. You get a private web page and a PDF.
- It explains your row in the AI Shortlist Index. Which buyer prompts name you, who is named instead, and the cause, with every finding labeled verified, inferred or hypothesis.
- It ends with a 90-day fix in order. The sources to enter, the pages to build and the listings to correct, scoped so you can act on it with or without us.
- If we can't name a cause you can act on, the report says so. We don't propose a Sprint and you owe nothing further.
The AI Visibility Audit explains your row in the AI Shortlist Index: where you stand, why, and what to do about it in the next 90 days. It costs $3,500 and takes 7 days.
Who is the Audit for?
Marketing leads at property-ops software vendors, usually after one of three things happens. A prospect says ChatGPT gave them a shortlist of three and you were not on it. The CEO asks whether you are in ChatGPT and there is no number to give.
Or a competitor turns up in an AI answer, or on an Index row, and nobody can say why it is them. The Audit turns each of those into a fraction you can check, a cause, and a plan.
What runs?
Every Audit uses the full protocol for your category, the same one the Index methodology publishes.
- 25 prompts, written the way a property manager asks: “What’s the best maintenance coordination software for a property management company with around 300 doors?”
- Engine: ChatGPT, captured from the app buyers use, with memory off and the chat set to Unpersonalized.
- Three runs per prompt, in separate sessions, spread across at least two days.
- Everything stored: the raw capture, every cited URL, and the model that answered, which the capture records from October 2026.
The Audit uses the same prompts and capture method as the ChatGPT column on your public Index row, so the two compare directly. The Audit adds two more runs per prompt, and its prompt-level detail stays private.
What do you get?
A private web page and a PDF, in the same design as the Index. It has four parts.
- Your position. Which of the 25 prompts named you, in what position and with what sentiment: recommended, neutral or cautioned. Who was named beside you, and who was named where you weren’t.
- The cause. Ranked findings, each labeled: [V] verified against the run files, [I] inferred from Index data or the engine’s own documentation, or [H] a hypothesis we would test in a Sprint. Each finding links to its evidence.
- The source gap. The top 10 cited sources in your category, with each one you are absent from marked. That list becomes the Sprint’s target.
- The 90-day fix. Prioritized and scoped to an AI Visibility Sprint: the sources to enter, the owned pages to build, and the entity records to correct, in order.
A person re-verifies every [V] finding before delivery.
What causes do we usually find?
- You’re absent from the sources the answers rely on.
- You have no comparison or alternatives pages for an answer to draw from.
- Your company details disagree across G2, Capterra, LinkedIn, Crunchbase and the PMS marketplaces.
- Your site uses a category name a property manager never types.
For example, in the September 2026 edition’s maintenance runs, the most-cited domains were latchel.com with 26 citations, propertymeld.com with 23 and lula.life with 22. A maintenance vendor missing from those pages starts behind. The entity consistency guide covers the third cause in full.
What does the guarantee cover?
If we can’t name a cause you can act on, the report says so. We don’t propose a Sprint, and you owe nothing further.
The Audit fee itself stands. It pays for running 25 prompts three times each and reading every answer. We’d rather write that into the contract than ask you to trust it.
What won’t we promise?
Rankings, traffic, leads or revenue. Every report says so, so the fix reads as work and not as a forecast.
The engines are non-deterministic. That’s why the Audit runs each prompt three times and reports the variance instead of hiding it.
We think the vendors that appear in a category’s most-cited sources are the ones most likely to be named, and the Sprint is built on that hypothesis. It stays a hypothesis until the Index shows it. What we do promise is that the Audit names a cause, with evidence, or tells you it could not.
How does it start?

After delivery, the next step is a Sprint if the Audit recommends one, and a Retainer once there is a position to defend. The services overview describes both, and says who the services are for and who they aren’t. The mechanism behind all of it is in the guide to ranking in ChatGPT.
Questions about AI Visibility Audit for Property-Ops Software
What does the Audit cost and how long does it take?
$3,500, paid before delivery, delivered within 7 days of payment. The price is flat. There is no discovery call required, though one is available after delivery.
Which engines does the Audit cover?
ChatGPT, captured from the app buyers use, on all 25 prompts for your category with three runs each. The public Index also publishes Claude's answers to the same prompts; the Audit does not re-run them. Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews have no runs yet, and the report says so rather than filling them in.
What if my category is not in the Index yet?
Tell us on the form. The Index covers 20 property management software categories. If yours is outside them, we will say whether we can run the prompts for it before invoicing.
What does the guarantee cover?
If the Audit cannot name a cause you can act on, we say so in the report and we do not sell you a Sprint. You keep the Audit and owe nothing for implementation. The Audit fee itself is not refunded; running 75 captures and reading them is the product.
Do I need to give you access to anything?
No logins. We crawl your public pages, your listings on G2, Capterra, LinkedIn, Crunchbase and the PMS marketplaces, and the Index run files. If you have a prior agency deliverable or a list of pages you consider important, send it and we will read it.
Will the Audit change my row in the Index?
No. Paying WebPossible never affects Index placement. The Index measures what the engines say, and the Audit explains the row it measured. Any movement shows up in a later edition only if the work changes what the engines read.
