Package Concierge sells automated package lockers in three series, Element, Premier and Express, plus package rooms and a resident portal, to multifamily, student housing, office and retail properties. Its own site now describes it as part of Parcel Pending by Quadient, and its multifamily page redirects to Parcel Pending’s, so the sensible way to read this profile is as a brand within a larger line rather than a separate purchase. It earns its own page in the package management category because it is one of the few vendors in our database that publishes a fee structure in plain words. The facts panel below is rendered from our vendor database with a source URL and verification date on each entry.

Who it fits

The database tags institutional multifamily, student housing and commercial facilities, the same three as its parent. The three locker series suggest a range from a small bank to a full room, but the site does not say which series fits which unit count, so ask. A buyer already in a Parcel Pending sales cycle will meet this brand as an option inside it. A buyer who found Package Concierge first should expect the conversation to widen to the parent’s line.

It does not tag small multifamily or single-family rental. A manager under 100 units, or on AppFolio or Buildium, has better-fitting names in the category.

Pricing

The pricing model in the database, sourced from the vendor’s homepage, has three parts. There is no per-package fee. Each property pays its own set-up fee. Storage fees apply when a package sits past the normal pick-up duration. No figures are published for any of the three. Ask for the set-up fee, the monthly fee after set-up, the contract term, the length of the normal pick-up window, the storage fee per day after it, and who pays that fee, the resident or the property. Ask whether the fee structure is Package Concierge’s alone or now the parent’s, because a redirected multifamily page is a sign that the two lines are being merged and the terms may follow.

Integrations

The database records no PMS integration for Package Concierge, because its own site names none. Its homepage describes an auto resident integration system, which is a resident-sync feature rather than a named connector. Because the multifamily page redirects to Parcel Pending’s, the practical answer is that Package Concierge inherits its parent’s list, which covers Yardi, Entrata, ResMan, Rent Manager and RealPage. Do not take that on trust. Ask the vendor to confirm which of those systems the Package Concierge software connects to today, whether the connection is live or a file feed, and whether your resident data ends up in Package Concierge’s portal, Parcel Pending’s dashboard, or both.

Limitations and questions to ask

The resident FAQ on the vendor’s site is a list of the problems to ask about. It answers what happens when a package is too big for a locker, what happens when a resident cannot pick up right away, and what to do when delivery notifications stop arriving. Ask the sales engineer to walk through each one with your community’s numbers. What share of deliveries are oversize and where do they go? What is the pick-up window and what does the resident see the day before fees start? How is a resident enrolled, and what does the office do when the notification does not reach them?

Ownership is the other question. Ask what the product roadmap is for the three locker series under Quadient, whether existing Package Concierge installs are being moved to the parent’s software, and what that migration costs a property that bought in under the old brand.

Alternatives

The package management vendor list compares every vendor in the category with the same facts. The parent, Parcel Pending by Quadient, is the obvious comparison and in practice the same sales conversation. For an independent locker maker with no corporate parent, Package Nexus in San Diego is the closest match in product range. Luxer One is the other large locker vendor with an automated room. The package management alternatives table lists every vendor in the category with the same sourced facts.
