Rentokil is a commercial pest control company that sells through local U.S. branches, such as Dallas-Fort Worth and Las Vegas, and those branches sell programs to apartment and condominium property managers. The Dallas-Fort Worth apartments page describes the approach: a full inspection of the building and grounds, a pest control plan written for the property, exclusion work to seal entry points, and continuing preventive visits, under integrated pest management. It argues for treating the whole complex rather than one unit, because pests in one apartment move to the next. Rentokil is one of the brands of Rentokil Terminix, whose June 2026 announcement of digital upgrades covered its customer-facing brands Terminix, Rentokil and Ehrlich Pest Control, including wireless rodent monitoring added to Rentokil’s PestConnect network. In the pest control programs guide it is one of the national providers with its own technicians, and the facts panel below is rendered from our vendor database with a source and verification date on each entry.

Who it fits

The database tags institutional multifamily and HOA communities. The branch pages speak to apartment communities and condo property managers, and the property management page lists licensed, uniformed, security-screened technicians, products chosen for buildings with children, seniors and pets, and staff who check in regularly on resident pest problems. The buyer is a community or portfolio manager who wants scheduled service across whole buildings from one company, with programs that run from one-time treatments to seasonal, year-round coverage.

It fits less well for a single-family rental manager who needs a provider dispatched to scattered homes on resident request and billed through a benefits package. That is a coordination problem, and on-demand programs are built for it.

Pricing

Rentokil does not publish prices. The branch pages offer a free inspection and quote. Ask for the quote per building or per unit, the visit frequency it assumes, and what is included in a routine visit versus billed as a separate treatment. Ask specifically how bed bug work, rodent exclusion and German cockroach cleanouts are priced, since those are the calls that change a monthly budget. Ask for the contract term, the cancellation notice, and whether a portfolio price is available across your communities in different cities.

Integrations

The record names no PMS integration, and the branch pages we could open mention none. Ask how service requests reach Rentokil: by phone, a portal, or your maintenance system. Ask what report you get after each visit, whether it lists units treated and conditions found, and whether it can be filed against the unit in your PMS. Rentokil’s national multifamily page points to a National Accounts program with a single contact across locations and to PestNetOnline, its online reporting tool for recording and auditing service records; ask whether your communities qualify for National Accounts and whether PestNetOnline reports can be exported by unit.

Limitations and questions to ask

A national brand delivers through local branches, so the branch matters as much as the name. Ask which branch would serve each of your properties, how many technicians it has, and whether the same technician returns each visit. Ask how residents are notified before treatment and what preparation they must do, since a unit that is not prepped is a wasted visit. Ask how the company handles a resident who refuses entry. If you already use Terminix at other sites, ask whether the two brands can be put under one account, given the shared parent.

Alternatives

The list of pest control program vendors carries the same facts for each vendor. Terminix Commercial shares Rentokil’s parent and sells a property management program with monitoring and condition alerts. Orkin Commercial runs a named multifamily program with bed bug canine inspection and heat treatment. Hulett Environmental Services is the regional alternative in South Florida. For on-demand coverage instead, start with the options beyond Pest Share.
