The finding

FilterTime was named in 95% of HVAC filter delivery runs on both engines, EliseAI in 93% of AI leasing assistant runs (every ChatGPT run, 86% of Claude's) and Luxer One in 89% of package management runs. The widest split over a category leader is in CRE facilities management: Building Engines was named in 74% of ChatGPT runs and 17% of Claude's.

Data note: this edition is below the full protocol (three runs per prompt per engine, five engines, at least two days). It rests on 1,000 recorded runs from ChatGPT and Claude. Numbers are real and thin; treat rankings as a first reading.
