Ask how billing statements reach your ledger, whether by a connector for any named system or by a file you import. On the acquisition, ask what Pioneer Energy Management is, what it owns besides Submeter Solutions, and whether the brand, the staff and the support line are the same as before, since a February 2025 change of hands is recent enough that a customer signing now is signing with the new owner.
